Sarthak Chaturvedi was born in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, into a family synonymous with scholarship and service. His grandfather, Pandit Raghunath Prasad Chaturvedi, was a distinguished Sanskrit scholar at Kendriya Vidyalaya Mathura Cantonment.
His father, Dr. M.L. Chaturvedi, is among Mathura's respected physicians - former President of the Indian Medical Association (Mathura), a champion of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, and founder of the historic Raghunath Hospital.
Educated at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, Sarthak spent his student years as an RTI activist and ABVP leader - channelling legal tools toward real civic change long before he entered any courtroom.
Sarthak practises before the Supreme Court, the National Green Tribunal, and the Delhi High Court and has assisted legal stalwarts including Padma Shri Senior Advocate Pravin H. Parekh and the late Senior Advocate Ram Jethmalani.
